IMMEDIATE LOADING DENTAL IMPLANT SPECIALIST

We are dedicated to immediate loading implants and one-phase implant-based oral rehabilitation led by our dental implant specialists!

Discover the transformative power of immediate loading implants, revolutionizing dental implantation by offering faster mouth restoration and improved oral functionality. Our platform, guided by our expertise as one-phase implant specialists, is a reliable resource, educating individuals on this technique’s benefits, considerations, and success rates.

We were among the first to recommend the All-on-4 and All-on-6 oral rehabilitation solutions to our patients. This procedure was developed in 1998 by Dr. Paulo Malo, a Portuguese implantologist. The first successful intervention was carried out in Lisbon. Nobel Biocare, one of the world’s best-known dental implant manufacturing companies, later joined the research.

For those seeking additional support, we provide resources on dental implantation under general anesthesia. Our one-phase implant specialists explore the different types of anesthesia, their benefits, and potential side effects during dental implant procedures.

Whether you’re a patient or a dental professional, our accessible platform, guided by our team of one-phase implant specialists, empowers you with the knowledge to make informed decisions about immediate loading implants and one-phase implant-based oral rehabilitation. Join us on a journey toward a confident and functional smile.

PROCESS OF ORAL REHABILITATION BASED ON ONE-PHASE IMPLANTS

Oral rehabilitation with the immediate loading implant is done in two steps. In the first part, the implantation of immediate loading implants and the preparation of the long-term temporary denture(s) take place, and in the second, the make of the permanent denture(s).

First time
– Free, personal consultation with the implantologist performing the implant placement.
– CT and panoramic x-ray recording.
– Detailed examination of the oral cavity, particularly concerning the condition of the bones and gums.
– Consultation with the anesthesiologist before anesthesia.
– General anesthesia.
– Removal of teeth unsuitable for prosthetic treatment.
– Preparation of the required number of immediate loading implants for implantation.
– Implantation of the required number of immediate loading implants.
– Sampling for long-term temporary dentures.
– Preparation of long-term temporary dentures.
– Fixation of the temporary dentures on the implants. The dentures are fixed and not removable by the patient.
– Control tests.

It is necessary to wait approximately six months between the first and the second occasion, but we recommend getting the permanent dentures within a year. The immediate loading implants and their implantation package price does not include the cost of the permanent dentures.

Second occasion
– Free, personal consultation with the implantologist performing the implant placement.
– Panoramic X-ray recording.
– A thorough examination of the oral cavity, with particular attention to the implants.
– Sampling for permanent dentures.
– Preparation of the final porcelain dentures. The permanent dentures are fixed and not removable by the patient, similar to long-term temporary dentures.
– The necessary control tests.

The animated video vividly presents the dental implantation process with one-phase immediate loading implants. You can see that the one-phase implant consists of a single piece, which makes implantation significantly simpler.

You may also see that the immediate loading implant is implantable not only perpendicularly but also at a different angle and direction, depending on the state of the bone. Finally, the implant insertable not only in the tooth bone but also in the jaw bone.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ONE-PHASE IMPLANT?

  • An immediate loading implant is implantable in a single phase. Consequently, the implantation of an implant is a single intervention. The two-phase implant is implanted in two phases.
  • The immediate loading implant can be loaded immediately. That means, among other things, that the long-term temporary denture made after implant placement attachable to the implants. That is not the case with two-phase.
  • An immediate loading implant consists of a single piece. It makes implantation easier and the time spent on implantation shorter.
  • The immediate loading implant can be implanted not only in the tooth bone but also in the jaw bone. This type of implant is also implantable in case of bone deficiency. Two-phase is not.
  • The immediate loading implant is implantable perpendicularly and at a different angle. It is essential in the case of bone deficiency because it enables the most suitable bone tissue to reach. There is no such possibility with two-phase.
  • For the reasons listed, using an immediate loading implant most likely makes bone replacement unnecessary.
